CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVES WANTED - Full-time / Part-time

CALLING ALL CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVES!
Express Employment is NOW HIRING professional, detail-oriented, and POSITIVE individuals for a cutting-edge global screening firm in Troy that has been a pioneer in background and drug testing for 28 years! Qualified candidates have customer service and data entry experience, the ability to multi-task and complete assignments on deadline. Qualified candidates must also be able to thrive in a fast-paced, high volume environment! Other qualifications:
Accurately type 40-60 words per minute
Knowledge of Microsoft Office
Maintain a 'Will Do' attitude
Team player and independent worker
Valid Michigan driver's license
Pay: Starting pay is $12/hour, raise offered with great performance and attendance.
Core hours: 8:30 a.m. - 5:30 p.m. but MUST BE FLEXIBLE to work between 7:00 a.m. and 8:30 p.m. (examples: 7 a.m.-4 p.m., 8 a.m.-5 p.m., 9 a.m.-6 p.m., and 11 a.m.-7 p.m.) Shift premiums offered for later shifts!
Benefits: Medical benefits available through Express IMMEDIATELY. Once hired in, medical, dental and optical insurance is offered. Two weeks paid vacation for the first year, 3 weeks at 3 years and 4 weeks at 5 years. Tuition reimbursement and 401K with a 20% match - no cap!
