Aerotek Professional Services is seeking an Administrative Assistant for a 4-5 month temporary assignment for one of our Healthcare companies. Qualified candidates will possess the following qualifications.

Requirements:

-Experience in an Administrative Assistant or Executive Assistant role

-Experience with calendar management

-Experience with travel arangements

-Advanced MS Office Skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook - WILL BE TESTED)

-Strong organizational skills

Responsibilities:

-Assist internal staff with various administrative tasks.

-Coordinate meetings, conference calls, and in-person appointments as directed & communicate meeting details to all participants through appropriate communication channels.

-Maintain department databases & mailing lists.

-Make travel arrangements as requested.

-Complete expense reports as assigned.

-Monitor & order office supplies. Photocopy, assemble & distribute documents as assigned.

-Screen phone calls & monitor email for management members as requested.

-Set up and maintain filing systems for team members as needed.

-Format, keyboard and proofread correspondence, manuscripts, grants, reports and other documents as directed with minimal guidance. Coordinate distribution for various programs.

-Assist with event coordination as needed.

-Complete special projects as assigned.
