We have a great Insurance Agency that is seeking a fun, high energy, focused, flexible, and professional Customer Service Representative.
The best candidate would have several years of a high volume customer service position with insurance experience - but we are willing to train the right candidate.
This position would handle billing inquiries and processing payments, process policy changes, document customer contacts, make coverage recommendations, identify additional discounts, identify additional sales opportunities and overall exceed our customers expectations each and every point of contact.
