Meat Market Manager
WFO - Forest Park, GA
(Meat Market Experience is required)
Experienced in all aspects of running a Meat Market, Customer Service, Staff Management, Food Safety and Sales/Profit Management.
Requirements:
- Must be at the level of Second in command in a current Meat Market or Market Manager
- Solid People and Customer Service Skills.
- Total knowledge of calculation of profits, sales growth, safety and sanitation to build a department that is the Top Meat Market in the town and country.
- Must be fully versed in running a higher volume supermarket.
- Manage an emerging meat market in an ethnic area with service seafood, service Hispanic and service value added and specialty items.
- Must be capable of leading a team of meat cutters, sales clerks and wrapping clerks.
- Must be competent in scheduling, cutting list planning, quality assurance, sanitation and food safety
