About this job



What you will be doing:
Answer phones professionally and cheerfully.
Respond to customer email inquiries.
Research required information using all available resources.
Handle and resolve customer issues.
Provide customers with product and service information.
Process orders, forms and applications.
Identify and escalate priority issues.
Route calls to appropriate resource.
Follow up customer calls where necessary.
Assist with warranty claim processing, as needed.

Experience:
College degree preferred, but not required.
A minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar position.
Proficient in relevant computer applications - MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word); experience with ERP systems.
Knowledge of customer service principles and practices.
Call center environment experience.
Customer service experience with direct consumers.
Good keyboard and data entry skills.
Knowledge of administration and clerical processes.
Ability to quickly assimilate and apply relevant product knowledge to solve customer challenges.
