REQUIREMENTS:
- Recent experience in bankruptcy intakes and filings (consumer bankruptcy on the debtor's side is a huge plus!)
- Ability to hit the ground running (requiring minimal training)
- Experience in outgoing sales environment
- Ability to work diligently without supervision
- Experience working in a large, fast-paced law firm
- Reliability, dependability and punctuality are of the utmost importance
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Outgoing and good with people
- Proficient in computer/technical skills (candidates will be tested on their typing skills)
- Extremely organized, detail oriented and the ability to maintain high accuracy
- Strong customer service skills

This position will be responsible for supporting/maintaining the new Birmingham branch office of an established law firm in Alabama. This is a great opportunity to work with well-known attorneys in the hustle and bustle of downtown Birmingham! They believe in providing outstanding service and are very detail-oriented and client-focused.

RESPONSIBILITIES ALSO INCLUDE:
- Meet with clients and walk them through the intake process and initial consultation with attorney
- Keep track of appointments scheduled as well as following up on requests/queries
- Send out letters and correspondences
- Responsible for all incoming paperwork, documents, etc.
- Manage payments and fees
- Administrative duties as assigned
