This dynamic opportunity as a Business
Process Writer will be a member of the Business Documentation Team within OptumRx
PBM Operations.

Primary Responsibilities:



  • Assist and support management in the evaluation,
    recommendation, establishment, implementation and analysis of new and
    improved production workflows and work processes defining the utilization
    of the primary pharmacy operating system.

  • Coordinate cross-functional forums that lead to documentation
    of the best business practices to improve user efficiency, customer
    service levels and overall quality.

  • Assist business change management through new process
    document creation and updates to existing documentation, in support of
    organizational policies and procedures.

  • Drive accuracy and consistency in approach to
    documentation aligning with quality business documentation standards.

  • Identify issues in existing processes and procedures
    ensuring clarity and consistency in all levels of business documentation.

This position is located in Overland Park, KS; Carlsbad, CA; Cypress, CA; or Sugar Land, TX.

Requirements

Required Qualifications:



  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • Must have at least 2 years of experience working within
    a fast-paced, professional environment
  • Must have 1+ years of experience working in business
    documentation (you may be asked to provide a sample)
  • Current proficiency utilizing Microsoft Word templates
    (prefer utilizing step action charts) to document business processes


Preferred Qualifications:



  • Bachelor's degree highly preferred
  • Pharmacy or Health Care industry experience
  • Microsoft Visio efficiency
  • Experience working as part of a project team
  • Experience working virtually with colleagues
  • SharePoint experience
  • WebEx experience
  • Microsoft Infopath experience
