Position Description:
This position will be responsible for providing technical support
and troubleshooting expertise to a healthcare claims platform, customers and
systems administrators. The candidate will be handling incoming phone calls and
emails from technical end users, researching technical issues, running and
writing SQL queries to get system status and apply data base updates to client
relations issues that arise. This will include regular interaction with the
application, in addition to a Windows/Oracle environment.

Primary Responsibilities:
- Reviewing logs to
address troubleshooting issues - Server tuning
- Database analysis
- System configuration
- Collaborating with development and database teams
on escalated issues while maintaining customer facing updates until issues are
resolved - Testing FAI/QA check
- Basic, structured, standard approach to work.
Requirements
Required Qualifications:
- 2+ years experience with Oracle relational databases
- 1+ years experience with SQL
- 2+ years of Customer Service experience
- 3+ years of Operating Systems administration and/or
troubleshooting experience (Windows, Linux, UNIX, AIX, etc.) - Ability to work in a 24/7 on-call rotation
- Candidate must be flexible Monday - Friday between 7 am
and 5 pm - HS Diploma/GED required
