As a User Acceptance Testing Analyst, you will be empowered to test functionality of new system upgrades, and releases.  Our testing teams are asked to use their technical acumen, and operational understanding to identify functional errors, bugs, and breaks within our systems.  The testing teams work with a variety of teams from end users, technical teams, and operational teams to assist with testing, and resolution of errors found in testing. You will analyze requirement documentation and write test cases to ensure accurate delivery of new functionality and break/fix solutions. You will open defects and work with the technical team to understand solutions and remediation. This is a fast paced environment where you will be working on multiple projects in various phases every day. 

Requirements

Required Qualifications:



  • Bachelor's Degree OR High School Diploma/GED with 2 years of equivalent experience

  • 2+ years of requirement analysis experience

  • 2+ years of experience writing and executing test cases

  • 2+ years of experience documenting defects

  • 2+ years of experience working with both end users and IT resources

  • 2+ years of testing and/or using order processing applications

Preferred Qualifications:



  • Previous Healthcare Experience

  • Previous IT experience (Business Analysis and/or testing experience)
