Aerotek Professional Services is looking for a Customer Service Administrator to join the team of one of our clients in the Northern Virginia area

The top skills required of the Customer Service Administrator are:

1. Experience in a teaching/mentor/training/customer service background

2. Experience learning a new and working through new technological systems

3. Strong communication and "learning on the fly" skills

The Customer Service Administrator will also:

Be working in a Research group, specifically the healthcare division within our clients company. The Customer Service Administrator will be using a client specific system, one that catalogs, tracks, and confirms the specifics of recalled healthcare products, and then sends that information out to members. The Customer Service Administrator will be responsible for inputting and tracking healthcare data into the specific system as well as working with members/customers to assist them with the system.

Our client is a corporate HQ non profit with approximately 250 people in their facility. They have about 12 people within the Healthcare Research group.

An ideal candidate would be someone who has a good attention to detail and who is willing to provide a high level of customer service-also, someone who is technically savvy especially with other healthcare related systems. Strong Excel experience needed as well.

Other requirements for the Customer Service Administrator position include:

1. Bachelors Degree

2. Strong Microsoft Office skills
