Job Title: Office Support Clerk
Reports To: Service Supervisor
Duration: Contract - Hire
Office Support Clerk:
Position will be the primary contact for all inter-company inquiries and/or problems/issue resolution.
The position ensures excellent service from suppliers, assists with data entry, generating reports, tracking materials and supplies and responding to all issues in a timely and professional manner.
Individual Responsibilities:
1. Maintains a positive image for company with our customers, while demonstrating high standards of business ethics and integrity.
2. Ensures orders are in system, up to date and closed when complete.
3. Insures all reports/required forms are submitted correctly and in a timely manner to both internal and external customers.
4. Participates in meetings (as requested/required)
5. Promote and ensure effective communication with corporate personnel and with customer personnel.
Qualifications:
- Must have 4 year college degree
- Must have parts or materials knowledge
- Must have strong communication skills
- Candidate must possess the ability to express ideas clearly, orally and in writing and have great telephone skills.
- Must have strong MS Excel skills and any aviation parts tracking software (pentagon, quantum, SAP, etc.)
- Strong computer software skills such as copy paste, creating and organizing cells in Excel, saving forms and renaming files, etc..
- Ability to multi-task remain calm in high stress situations with clients is critical.
