We are a rapidly expanding local family owned and operated security firm located in Western Massachusetts.
Officer's responsibilities include access control, clear report writing, and scheduled foot patrols around facility. Candidate must be able to complete long walking tours and work in all weather climates. Applicant must have clean driving record, reliable transportation, clean background, and a cell phone that allows apps. Qualifications for hire:
-Must be able to work Friday, Saturday, Sunday, and Holidays
-Must have reliable transportation
-Must have updated cell phone that allows apps
-Ability to pass required drug screen
-Must be at least 18 years of age
-Have a High School diploma or GED
-Previous security experience, prior military, or law enforcement preferred but not required
-LTC (License To Carry) preferred but not required
-Strong English writing skills required for writing reports, logs, and incident reports
-Ability to communicate effectively in the English language
-Strong customer service skills
-Team Player
-Must be reliable, dependable, punctual, and with good references
