Shift Supervisor & Crew Members in Wichita

As a Shift Supervisor for Braum's, you should have strong and effective verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills. You also should be able to think ahead, anticipate problems, and quickly develop solutions. You should be computer literate.

Additional requirements of the Shift Supervisor include:
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally and stand for extended periods of time
at least 18 years of age
Have a current, valid Driver License
Having Cashier or money-handling experience, a plus
Having fast-food or restaurant experience, a plus

As a Shift Supervisor, you will receive a competitive compensation ($11.00 - $11.75/HR, depending on experience) with approximately 5 hours of overtime per week.


As a Crew Member you should have acceptable verbal English language communication skills, which includes interpersonal conversational skills.
The ability to adapt and follow instructions requires adequate comprehension skills.
The ability to follow directions from a supervisor.
The ability to interact productively with co-workers.
The ability to understand and follow posted work rules and procedures.

As a Crew Member you will receive a competitive wage of 9.50/hour. Full Time associates are 40 hour work weeks, and Part Time are up to 27 hour work weeks.
