Primary job duties include:
• Working within corporate environment to support dynamic Customer Care team handling high volume inbound/outbound service calls, and providing superior customer service by resolving issues to mutual satisfaction of customer and company
• Accurately updating and verifying all account maintenance information
• Utilizing Windows based OS and multiple systems/applications with proprietary company software
Full-time schedule—shifts require availability to work between 6am-7pm, Monday – Friday

The desired experience listed below is representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.
Required Qualifications:
• Minimum 1-3 years’ experience in a customer-facing role supporting banking, call center or professional business services
• HS diploma or equivalent
• Demonstrated ability to navigate through Windows OS, typing and data entry functions
• Professional communication, appearance and work ethic
Highly Desired Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Previous automotive finance experience
