Full Charge Bookkeeper
Responsibilities Include:
AP and vendor management
Sales/Use tax filings and payments in multiple states
Financial reporting on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis
Annual and monthly closings, journal entries
Automate and manage a high volume of sales transactions
Year-end tax preparation and reporting
Invoice creation and delivery and customer support on accounting issues
Interaction with Sales & Operations regarding transactions and recurring processes
Budget preparation, implementation and review
Cash flow management and forecasting
Periodic financial and insurance audit responsibilities
special projects on an as needed basis
Salary: $18-23/hour DOE
