Home Instead Senior Care, one of the world's most trusted sources for non-medical services and home care for seniors, seeks a multi-talented, professional and caring individual.

The Client Care Coordinator manages quality assurance with extensive one on one interaction with our clients and their families.  
This individual will also institute all aspects of our initial service set-up, including taking service calls, scheduling and conducting Care Consultations.
Position also includes various office duties, assisting with community events, and assisting the marketing team.

Candidates must possess superior communication skills and a winning, positive attitude.

Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or G.E.D.
  • At least 2 years experience with seniors or related field preferred
  • At lease 2 years experience in marketing and management preferred
  • Basic computer skills
  • Effective written and verbal communication skill a must
  • Valid Driver's license with less then 6 points
  • Eligible to work in the United States
  • Auto Insurance
  • Clean background checks/drug test
