Operators/Set Up Helpers

Looking for Helpers to assist in the operating of machines. This position starts out as a helper, and the expectation is to learn the operation of the machines and move into higher level roles.

Will be making measuring and cutting materials, loading materials, making adjustments (sometimes using tools), pouring die, learning the operation of the computer systems used to operate the machine, and other general labor responsibilities.

This position starts out at $10 then increases to $13.48 after 90 days and entering the union. $0.25 per month raise from there up to $15.00.

2nd Shift - 3pm-11pm

These positions have good opportunity to move into higher level roles and increase pay as knowledge and performance increases.

MUST be exceptionally good with measuring using a measuring tape. Must be extremely mechanically inclined. Client is seeking candidates who have previous printing experience with running machines and making adjustments, but they are willing to consider candidate who have experience in a very fast paced manufacturing environments outside of printing. If outside of printing, must have experience with set up time on machinery, parts per hour, or being evaluated in a very fast pace environment. Looking for strong blueprint reading experience.
