Position Overview:
The Industrial Vending Customer Service Representative is the face of Mallory Safety & Supply and works onsite at a world class automobile manufacturing plant.
Requirements:
* Ability to adapt to clients needs.
* Strong work ethic with a true sense of urgency.
* Creative problem solving skills.
* Enjoys interacting with customers.
* Identifies customer's needs.
* Knack for building relationships.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
* Safely drive and stock critical products at our customer's manufacturing operations while creating positive relationships with the customers along the way.
* Install and routinely stock web-connected vending machines (they dispense items such as gloves and safety glasses to our customer's workforce), update vending software, maintain data.
* Interact with customers both internally and externally, and make additional local deliveries as needed.
Minimum qualifications:
* Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record.
* Previous customer service experience.
* Strong computer skills.
* Some proficiency with Microsoft Excel.

This is a full-time or part-time position based on your needs. Full-time employees are eligible for medical, dental and 401(k). The automobile manufacturing plant is open 24 hours a day seven days a week allowing the flexibility to make your own schedule.
