Connextions, Inc. is currently searching interviews for Professional Customer Service Agents to add to our Richardson, TX team. Provide customer service and support. Handles member calls via telephone as it relates to their prescription. Deliver the highest level of quality customer service through the execution of responsiveness, reliability, assurance/confidence, accuracy, and professionalism on every member interaction in a fast paced call center.
Minimum Requirements
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE
High school diploma or equivalent (GED, HSED) is required; or related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Respond to inbound member calls. Must complete calls accurately and in a professional manner. Experience using internet, windows applications. Excellent verbal communication.
