We are currently recruiting for an experienced Customer Service professional for a great organization in the Farmington area.
Essential Functions
*Ensure customer satisfaction through prompt assistance by answering incoming customer calls and emails, providing accurate information regarding orders, price quotations, delivery, expedites and all other inquiries. Handle all calls with high levels of professionalism, be proactive, and ensure excellent service.
*Responsible for issuing return authorization, providing status on returns, issuing credits, and closure of the return by following the return procedure.
* Maintain accurate departmental records pertaining to customer orders, inquiries, pricing, and all communications.
* Responsible for researching, initiating, and following the policy for approving or denying customer credit requests.

*2-3 years of customer service experience
*Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
*Must be able to multi - task, strong communication skills and professionalism is required.
