Requirements
- Knowledge of HVAC systems, including repair and maintenance and basic electric and plumbing skills
- Knowledge of OSHA standards for chemical use
- Skill in the use of hand and power tools
- Basic English language communication and math skills
- The ability to move heavy equipment; and the ability to work at heights up to 30 feet
- Must have reliable transportation and a flexible schedule
What you will be doing
- Repair and maintain all existing refrigeration and air conditioning equipment. (65%)
- Install newly acquired equipment (AC & Refrigeration). (5%)
- Relocate equipment as needed. (5%)
- Electrical repairs and maintenance to mechanical equipment. (5%)
- Order and receive materials related to assigned equipment and maintain orderly inventory. (5%)
- Perform duties of Class I, II or III Engineer as needed. (10%)
- Coordinate outside assistance with AC/Refrigeration as needed. (5%)
