Our client in Eagan, MN is looking for 20 Call Center - Customer Service Representatives for a CONTRACT TO HIRE opportunity. This position requires handling inbound calls from individuals who are to work at one of the Major National Client accounts (Large Companies who have locations all across the nation).
Job Description/duties:
*These individuals will be responsible for answering customer questions pertaining to their health insurance product
* General questions about their health insurance plan and the benefits
* Questions about the clinics & hospitals that fall within their network
* Questions about their deductable, out of pocket, and maximums of their plan.
* Questions about their claims and if they were billed correctly for the claim.
* Questions about their eligibility or change of plans during open enrollment
Qualifications:
Must have at least 1 year of retail, customer service, restaurant or call center experience
College degree preferred with a passion in customer service in a call center role
