Local CDL Driver

We have a customer that is looking for a CDL driver with a class A license to do local runs. The requirements are a valid Class A - CLD license. A clear 7 year MVR, to be sent to us for them to review prior to the interview. Those can now be obtained online at tn.gov so you don’t even have to visit the local DMV to get that copy. Some is flatbed, some pickup trucks (3500’s) that will pull a gooseneck, then we have a semi with trailer, then we lease 2 straight trucks. You must understand you do not load your own trucks but you do have to help customers get their trims and/or accessories off the trailers and out of the trucks. You will unstrap & re-strap at every stop? Sometimes our trucks will have 13 stops to make in 2 days. I just want to make sure you understand it is physical.
Must have great customer service. This will be mostly regional runs and home every night but would require one night out because you may run to the coast. That would be once or twice a week. The rate of pay will be $12-$15 per hour based on experience. After working 1 full calendar month you get medical, dental, vision, & Aflac insurances. After 90 days you get 3 days PTO. Then after Jan. 1,2015 PTO will be prorated based on date of hire. It’s BCBS of TN. The company pays all but $10/week towards employee only coverage. But of course employee/spouse, employee/children, and family is offered as well. We have dental, vision, and Aflac coverage. All of which the employee pays 100% of. The company pays for a $15,000 life insurance policy on the employee. The employee is eligible for the coverage after working a full calendar month on our payroll.
