This position is accountable for the efficient, profitable execution of all standards

of operation designed to deliver high quality products in a safe, sanitary manner.

Responsible for understanding and adhering to all local, state and federal
guidelines pertaining to health dept. regulations, hour and wage regulations,

age restrictions, OSHA regulations, and any other appropriate regulations

required for the legal operation of the business

Maintains work area in a neat, organized, stocked, sanitary condition.
Maintains company standards of appearance and hygiene.
Participates in all Public Safety Foundation initiatives.
Able to work in a fast-paced, efficient environment producing quality, well
prepared products and demonstrates high energy with a stress free attitude.

Maintains a safe work environment adhering to all established safety
guidelines utilizing common sense and courtesy to others.

Able to work on their feet for up to 13 hours per shift.
Able to communicate effectively with guests and handle questions and
concerns in a positive and professional manner.

Able to communicate effectively with other employees to facilitate efficient
and profitable restaurant operations through teamwork.

Maintain equipment properly in a non-abusive manner.
Able and willing to complete other restaurant functions such as cashier or
cleaning per management direction.

Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
Any other duties assigned by General Manager/Owner.
