Cashier/Server - Full-time / Part-time

WIBS Front of House Staff... * Create an open friendly welcoming environment for our guests * Work in a team-oriented, fast-paced, open surrounding to provide guests with a personal dinning experience * Deliver quality food items to order for our guests * Follow presentation guidelines that meet or exceed guests' expectations * Coordinate food orders to support timely and efficient delivery to each table * Ensures proper food safety and sanitation standards for our guest safety * Meets special requests while ensuring same high quality standards * Create a positive and fun environment * Receive training and coaching to help them succeed * Take phone orders * Additionally performs housekeeping duties such as cleaning tables, chairs, windows, sweeping, mopping, & restrooms We're looking for someone who: * Has the ability to multitask, keep an organized station, and communicate effectively * Is a team player and enjoys helping others * Brings a smile to work and desires to be a part of a positive and fun environment * Has the ability to execute in a high volume environment and maintain quality while enjoying the thrill of getting the job done. * Takes ownership, turns problems into solutions and can ride a challenge * Collaborates * Is inspired and seeks to learn things
