The Medicare
Recovery Resolution Representative handles information about patient
services and how those services are paid by investigating and pursuing
recoveries through contact with various parties.

Position will require research to verify member benefit coverage.

Primary Responsibilities:
  • Provide
    claims expertise support by reviewing, researching, investigating,
    negotiating, and resolving all types of claims as well as recovery and
    resolution for health plans, commercial customers, and government
    entities
  • Analyze, identify trends, and provide reports as necessary
  • Ensure adherence to state and federal compliance policies, and contract compliance
  • Perform other duties as assigned
  • Extensive work experience, possibly in multiple functions.
  • Works independently.
  • Acts as a resource for others.

Requirements

Requirements:
  • High school diploma or GED
  • 1+ years of customer service experience analyzing and solving customer problems
  • Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word
  • Working Hours 7:00am - 7:00pm Monday - Friday
Assets:
  • General knowledge of Medicare rule and guidelines
  • Experience working within a call center environment
  • 1+ years experience working in healthcare industry
Physical Requirements and Work Environment:
  • Frequent speaking, listening using a headset, sitting, use of hands/ fingers across keyboard or mouse, handling other objects, long periods working at a computer
  • Service center environment with moderate noise level due to Representatives talking, computers, printers, and floor activity
