1. All press operator duties when operating press.
2. Check all tool set-ups for alignment in press.
3. Keep run-out table in good running condition.
4. Insure that die oven is full at all times.
5. Have canister ready for next job.
6. Check metal being extruded for visual and surface defects.
7. Insure that metal is cut to specified length.
8. Perform cadmium sulfate check.
9 Etch lot number on one piece of metal per billet extruded. Insure that scrap metal is disposed of in correct bin.
10. Do die changes.
11. 30 day trial
12. Working knowledge of extrusion process and procedures.
Hours: 2pm-10pm Pay Rate: 10.75 Per Hour Location: Chandler AZ,85226
