Morrison Management Specialists, a member of Compass Group, seeks a full-time Dishwasher to work PM shifts. The position is available at The Peninsula Regent, a senior community that offers elegant condominium living with all the amenities of a fine resort located in downtown San Mateo. The responsibilities of a Dishwasher are to maintain kitchen work areas and equipment and utensils in clean and orderly manner.
Full Time Position 2pm-10:30pm: 40 hours a week
Benefits: PTO, Vision, Dental, Medical and 401 (k)
Essential duties include but are not limited to:
Scrape food from dirty dishes and wash them by hand or place them in racks or on conveyor to dishwashing machine.
Waspots, pans, and trays.
Sweep and mop kitchen floors
Deep Clean Hood and Stove Tops
Wash worktables, walls, refrigerators, and meat blocks.
Segregate and remove trash and garbage and place it in designated containers.
Steam clean or hose out garbage cans.
Transfer supplies and equipment between storage and work areas.
Comply with all sanitation, ServSafe and safety requirements.
Essential skills, knowledge and abilities include;
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; and reach with hands and arms.
The employee frequently is required to walk and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.
The employee is occasionally required to sit, climb or balance, and talk or hear.
The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and frequently lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
Ability to read and speak in english
Other Requirements:
Must be able to obtain a Criminal Clearance from the DOJ and FBI
