DATA ENTRY PROCESSORS
Summary:
Performs a variety of routine and non-routine data processing and customer support including but not limited to processing internal payments, assisting subscribers through both Inbound and live agent dialing support.

Essential Duties/Responsibilities:


Must have 10 key speeds of 10,000 keystrokes per hour. Position will require a typing speed of 35 words per minute.

All offline Contact Center Transaction Specialist must be flexible to work the Contact Center hours of operation between 7:00am and 9:15pm Monday through Saturday. All positions are subject to schedule changes.

Excellent organizational skills and the ability to work well with minimal supervision.

Must have the ability to recognize professional needs and ask for assistance or tools when necessary

Reviews and makes necessary corrections to information entered.

Contributes to a team effort and accomplishes related results as required,

Maintains confidential information.

Performs general clerical duties such as typing and contacting customer.

Perform other job related duties as assigned.

Education & Experience:

Must have a high school diploma or GED.
