We are a growing Atlanta based Managed IT Service Provider. We are seeking a Network/Systems Administrator. Applicants must have an in depth working knowledge in Microsoft server operating systems (2000, 2003, 2008, 2012) including Active Directory, DNS, & DHCP, troubleshooting event log issues, AD issues, and TCP networking issues. Candidate must also have experience working with Desktop support/User issues in a remote and on-site environment.
Experience working with a Managed Services Platform such as N-Able/Solarwinds, Labtech or Kaseya is preferred but not necessary.
This job requires some travel as there is onsite and remote monitoring/troubleshooting and maintenance involved. You must also have the ability to manage time, appointments and ticketing. Salary is depending upon experience. Preferred certifications are A+ Cisco, Net+ MCP, MCSE
