Lakeshore Management is a rapidly growing National Operator of Mobile (Manufactured) Home communities operating in 12 states ranging from Florida to Las Vegas.
Lakeshore Management is seeking Full Time Sales Representatives.
- Assist in advertising property available for sale
- Listing homes for sale
- Negotiating sales contracts
- Show new and used homes for sale
- Analyzing market conditions
- Maintain regular contact with all mobile home dealers within the market so always aware of any openings of spaces in the community
- Complete sales paperwork
- Meet or exceed sales quotas
- Conduct sales calls and contacts with potential and existing customers
- Create a customer base; providing service and individual attention to customers
- Maintaining customer relationships after the sale
- Adhere to all state dealer license laws, regulations, rules and guidelines.
Requirements:
- High School diploma or equivalent required
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred
- 3-5 years of sales experience
- Strong computer knowledge.
- Must be flexible, willing to work Saturdays, and able to adapt in a fast paced and ever changing environment.
- Good organizational skills and strong communication skills are a must
Compensation is negotiable dependent on experience; submit salary requirement with resume.
