We are currently hiring for Manufacturing Technician positions in Kansas City, KS. This is an excellent opportunity with a premier manufacturer.

Manufacturing Technician
• Responsible for the manufacturing of all formulations including products for direct transfer to filling lines, as well as, pilot batches to support R & D efforts.
• Capable of operating blending equipment in a safe and efficient manner to maintain quality through adherence to current Good manufacturing Practices.

Requirements
• Provide training and mentor to other operators/associates including hires.
• Handle product and equipment to meet predetermined quality standards.
• Know all applicable SOPs and be certified on using assigned equipment.
• Maintain high level of housekeeping in the area.
• Communicate fully with everyone. Be informative and objective. Assist with all duties associated with proper receipt and record-keeping of raw material.
• Maintain raw material by using first –in, first-out methodology. Maintain material record sheets.
• Properly document all activities as outlined on the PCS and in SOPs.
• Notify management of materials approaching expiration dating.
• Work with equipment respecting guards and personal safety equipment.
• High School Diploma/GED.


Wage: $12.00/hr

Shift: 1st shift, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM; 2nd shift, 3:30 PM – 2:00 AM
