Candidate will be processing Medicare Supplement applications.
Some data entry (name, DOB, SSN, address, etc)
There will be little phone work.
-Ensure accurate and timely processing of new member records and/or member changes(addresses, names, etc.) by entering or updating data into the membership system.
-Ensure correct administration of regulations and guidelines by reviewing and understanding procedural documents and manuals.
-Review electronic applications to ensure they are accurate and complete.
-Apply guidelines and rulesif they meet these requirements, then process the applicationif its incomplete, take next steps to get the incomplete information (usually outbound calls to agents, not customers)
