Customer Service Representative Job Description
Job Duties and Tasks
1) Confer with customers by telephone in order to provide information about products and services, to take orders, cancel orders or reschedule orders, or to obtain details of complaints, issue credit memos and return merchandise numbers.
2) Keep records of customer interactions and transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, and comments, as well as actions taken.
3) Check to ensure that appropriate changes were made to resolve customers' problems.
4) Contact customers in order to respond to inquiries or to notify them of delivery issues.
5) Refer unresolved customer grievances to designated departments for further investigation.
6) Solicit sale of new or additional services or products.
Hours: M-F, 8 AM - 5 PM; Job Activities
