Multi-Craft Maintenance Technician

Aerotek is looking for a multi-craft maintenance technician to maintain production and quality by ensuring operation of machinery and mechanical equipment. This position will meet essential functions and qualification/requirements of the maintenance mechanic with the additional expectation to plan, layout, troubleshoot, and repair a wide variety of electrical/electronic equipment.

Other responsibilities:

*Oversee all electrical needs for the facility (lighting, production equipment, systems, etc.)
*Visually inspect and test machinery and equipment, using electrical and electronic test equipment
*Install and repair electrical apparatus, such as transformers and wiring, and electrical and electronic components of machinery and equipment
*Replace defective electrical switches and other fixtures
*Repair and maintain electrical equipment in accordance with quality procedures
*Follow all safety procedures and wear safety equipment or apparel as required
*Install machinery and equipment according to blueprints and other specifications with regard to electrical requirements
