Insurance Data Entry

Candidates will be helping out on a temporary basis in the New Loss Department for Insurance. "New loss" examples within an insurance capacity can be: car accident, roof damage, flood in your house, etc.

Daily duties will be 100% data entry. Candidates will be working out of a queue. Data entry information will be: date of loss, type of loss, any type of special documentation regarding the claim, insured's name, address, phone number, vehicle information, etc.

Then this information gets transferred over to a Claims Rep who will actually have a direct phone conversation with the insured.

On a day to day basis, candidates have to be able to navigate through documents (from emails, faxes, regular mail) to find the pertinent info and then they will use their data entry skills to enter into Scottsdale Insurance's web-based application called "Claim Center".
