Project / Program Manager

This is a leadership position within the Auto/Student Consent Order Execution Team. The Student Lending (SL)/ Outside Service Provider (OSP) SCRA (Servicemember Civil Relief Act) Execution Manager will be responsible for the management of all program deliverables and action plan execution related to the SCRA Remediation work stream. This person will be a key decision maker that will lead the Student Lending/Outside Service Provider (OSP) SCRA Account Reviews needed to ensure delivery of all required Consent Order commitments. This person will be expected to partner with functional unit leadership across Student Lending to align execution team goals with the strategic objectives of the organization. The SL/OSP SCRA Execution Manager will be responsible for coordination of activities with the other Auto/Student work stream leadership. This person is also responsible for ensuring we meet the Account Review criteria provided by the SCRA and Remediation Core Team while adhering to policy and procedure and mitigating regulatory and legal risks. The SL/OSP SCRA Execution Manager will additionally be responsible for the direct management of additional resources dedicated to the SCRA Account Review Workstream Team and ensuring compliance of processes with the decisions made by the cross LOB Consent Order Workstream Team.

Core responsibilities include:

* Management and oversight of all SL SCRA Account Review Team tasks.
* Must be experienced in operations and production management.
* Facilitates the identification, dissemination and implementation of best practices.
* Responsible for managing the identification of account review population while working with the SCRA and Remediation Core Teams.
* Facilitates the communication of policy, procedure and service expectations surrounding the account review process.
* Must produce key indicator and production reporting in accordance with Consent Order requirements.
* Ensuring all Account Review processes are compliant with all policy, procedure, Risk and Legal requirements.
