Employees in this function include more traditional Administrative/Clerical support roles including: answering the telephone, typing/word processing of documents, maintaining calendars and setting up meetings, making travel arrangements, copying, faxing, greeting visitors, setting up files, tracking expenses, and coordinating building and equipment maintenance. 

It is very important for the candidate of this position to have worked in a very fast-paced environment. We have a vast amount of calls and patient demands that must be fulfilled.

Requirements

Required Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma/GED.
  • Ability to Travel at least 10% of the time to cover other locations, if needed.
  • Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish.
  • 2+ years of Medical Office experience.
  • 1+ year of Customer Service experience.
  • Ability to navigate within a Windows environment and utilize Microsoft Office.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Knowledge of Electronic Medical Records.
  • Familiarity with ICD-9 & CPT Coding.
