Call Center Representatives

JOB DESCRIPTION

CORESTAFF Services has a client in the Vernon Hills area looking customer service people, looking to work in a call center.

• Inbound call center supporting open enrollments for the 2015 plan year supporting multiple clients
• Very busy, fast-paced environment with high call volumes
• Not an easy job – industry and plan specific knowledge, efficient systems navigation, excellent customer service skills and ability and willingness to learn at a fast pace
• Not just data entry of enrollments – must be a knowledgeable expert who can educate and consult a participant to make informed decisions
• Anticipate tough questions and discussions about the cost of benefits increasing, the level of coverage decreasing, health care reform, etc
• Commitment to being here for the full assignment and being on time
• Candidate must be able to receive constructive feedback and use this information to develop areas that may need improvement

Requirements

• New or recent college graduate (4 year degree) and/or relevant industry and/or customer service background.
• Customer service focused and ability to learn and work in a fast paced environment
• Professionalism is VERY important. Open Enrollment staff will attend face to face meetings with our corporate clients on “culture day”
• Ability to multi-task
• Strong PC skills since multiple systems are used at once and the assignment involves talking and typing
