About this job

We are looking for a knowledgeable individual to join our Systems Administration Team! The person we are looking for must be able to analyze and resolve end user hardware and software problems in a timely and efficient manner.

In this position, you will be required to:

  • Support the following core services:
    • Microsoft Team Foundation Server
    • BMC Service Desk Express
  • Develop and maintain Change Management process
  • Recommend, schedule, and perform improvements and upgrades, as well as repairs on the system
  • Develop Disaster Recovery strategies and tests
  • Create a Service Level Agreement for services
  • Engage departments in budget/procurement process and participate in corporate Business Continuity Planning

Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years experience in an Information Technology role preferred
  • Previous knowledge managing TFS code repository and reporting functionality
  • Experience writing TFS related SSRS reporting
  • Understanding of modern programming terms and processes
  • Familiarity with modern IT Help Desk and Call Center processes and server hardening
