About this job
Help manage all bar service staff to include bartenders, servers, barbacks and cocktail servers. These employees may be full or part time year round or seasonal.
Attends daily preshifts with material established with the Bar Service Manager, the Director of Restaurants and the Food and Beverage Director.
Direct the daily tasks of subordinates to ensure legendary customer service and compliance with the PACE cleaning program in all bar areas.
Coach, counsel and discipline employees when necessary.
Assist Bar Service Manager with paperwork relating to the hiring, wage change and separation of employees.
Supervise compliance of responsible beverage service in accordance with RAMP guidelines and house policies.
