About this job

We are looking for experienced call center agents to assist in answering inbound calls for a medical device company in Redmond. If necessary agents will need to escalate calls to the tier 2 customer service representatives. Bilingual agents are a plus but not mandatory. Candidates need to have experience working in a call center environment. The focus needs to be on the product, which is the customer, and learning the system. Being knowledgeable about healthcare is a plus but it's not mandatory. This isn't a transactional inbound call center so the Agent needs to be able to handle a call and only escalate it if necessary striving for one call resolution.
