Customer Service Rep - Full-time / Part-time

Customer service rep taking in bound phone calls for warranty issues inregards to the otter product line. Candidates will be responsbile for taking down individuals contact information, as well as getting pictures of the cases to insure they are otter products. Customer services reps are responsible for handling 50+ calls per day, must have strong computer, and good phone experience.
