Home Instead Senior Care- the world's trusted source of non-medical services and home care for seniors, seeks a caring person to join our growing team and serve as our CAREGiver Recruitment Coordinator at our Herndon office.
The individual must have a calling to serve the senior population, be a self starter, and happy in a fast paced work environment. Additionally, they need to be reliable and have excellent communication skills. This individual will be responsible for a variety of items that pertain to our CAREGiver recruitment and training process. Please email resumes through craigslist.
This position is full time and duties will include:
*contacting all applicants for our open CAREGiver positions and walking them through the recruitment process
*coordinate all paperwork, background checks and other relevant documentation for our hiring process
*Take part in company "back up" rotation requiring some nights and weekend work
*Work in the field building relationships with community partners who may refer potential CAREGivers to us
Compensation:
*30K annually
*Paid vacation after 90 days
*Great work environment
