Candidates for this assignment are required to possess American Concrete Institute (ACI) Concrete Field Testing Technician, Grade II or Certified Concrete Technologist (CCT) Level II or III through the National Ready Mix Concrete Association (NRMCA).
Job Requirements
TET III Consultant Quality Assurance Technician for the Concrete Technology Division. This individual will be assigned as a consultant to our Ready Mix Concrete Field Quality Assurance Team. This individual will be working statewide and will be performing field duties that necessitate the use of personal safety equipment on active construction sites. The technician must possess a vehicle that can access production plants and construction sites. This individual will also be required to have and carry a cell phone for contact in the field.
One year of experience in technical engineering related work in the areas of
material testing, drafting, basic engineering computations, soils or rock drilling
and/or computer usage directly related to specific work assignments.
