Press Brake Operator - Full-time

Currently seeking Press Brake Operators with exceptional work ethics to fill our current 1st shift openings.


The operator must be able to perform set ups, inspect the initial parts for quality and maintain quality throughout the entire production process. The qualified candidates must be able work from written and verbal instructions under minimal supervision. Our ideal team members must be able to read blueprints, perform basic math, and possess a solid work history with the willingness to learn our manufacturing processes.

Specific Responsibilities Include:

• Calculate requirements, including basic math.
• Load dies.
• Take measurements.
• Detect malfunctions and troubleshoot.
• Maintain safe operations by adhering to safety procedures and regulations.
• Accomplish organization goals by exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
• Other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

Skills and Experience

• Sheet metal / CNC press brake experience
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints
• Understanding of radius of tools and dies
• Bolt tooling onto brake

• Adhere to safety practices
• Strive to meet productivity, standards set by target times
• Attention to Detail and Good Judgment

• Experience with AMADA Punch Press, Cincinnati, Die-Acro, and/or Laser experience a plus

• Use of inspection equipment, calipers, protractors, pin gauges, etc.

• Check flange lengths and correct as needed
• Functional and Technical Skills
