As a Principal Product Manager, you will be responsible for creating and managing a vision, roadmap and full life-cycle management of offerings in the Predictive Analytics domain.The preferredposition location isBoston, MA, but wewill accept a strong candidate anywhere in the US.

The Job
  • Defining market leading product requirements, working closely with engineering on user-stories
  • Working with customers and prospects to drive user experience and design.
  • Supporting sales opportunities as a Subject Matter Expert (SME)
  • Representing and evangelizing the "PB" Brand via social media, blogs and industry events around the world
  • Driving product innovation and competitiveness in the marketplace through the company's flagship technology Platform, Spectrum
  • Assisting marketing with collateral development - case studies, datasheets, customer facing presentations, sales enablement content, competitive intelligence
  • Delivering technical training and workshops to Pre-Sales, Services and Partners globally
  • Managing in-bound partnerships with 3rd party vendors as needed

Qualification
  • 5+ years of Product Management experience or relevant experience in the field of predictive analytics
  • Managing and working with a global team of on-shore/off-shore resources
  • Willing to travel, at least 40%, domestically or internationally
  • Strong presentation and writing skills - including developing and communicating a business plan.
  • Bachelor's Degree, preferably in the technology field
  • A strong background in a quantitative field: Predictive Analytics, Data Mining, Statistics, Operations Research, Management Science etc.


Preferred
  • MBA
  • Product Management industry certification, like Pragmatic Institute
  • Experience working in the information management domain, including data quality, data integration and master data management
  • Knowledge of and/or hands on experience with analytics packages like R, KXEN, SPSS, SAS
  • End-user and/or consulting background in marketing analytics, customer analytics, fraud analytics, Machine Learning applications
  • Knowledge of SaaS based pricing and consumption models
