Customer Service Representative

***Please note 2nd shft***

Hours are Monday-Thursday 12pm-9pm and Saturday 9:00-3:30

Calling all warm leads to make telephone contacts with former donors to schedule for future appointment. Also will make follow-up and reminder calls. Consistently maintain a high level of customer service toward blood donors through pleasant attitude and appropriate follow-up on donor concerns and requests (a lot of validating and comforting if prev bad experience).

Will be recording outcome of donor contacts on schedule sheets or in the computer. Must be able to maintain confidentiality with regard to all medical and other private donor, client, and business information.

Daily data entry to update donor files . Will not take any escalated calls, will route medical questions to the Nursing staff.
