Aerotek Professional Services is currently accepting resumes for a health insurance client for Quality Monitoring. The positions are located in Metro Center Nashville,TN. These positions are contract starting late September lasting until mid December, with some positions being contract to hire. Applicants must be available to work between the hours of 8am-5pm Monday-Friday. Candidates will be monitoring calls made by the sales team and grading the quality based off written guidelines.
Minimum Requirements:
-High School Diploma
-Proficiency with Microsoft Office

Preferred Requirements:
