Operators - Full-time / Part-time

Characteristics:

- A Go Getter!!! We need team members that are looking to learn a trade.

- Flexible to work 2nd or 3rd shift on rotating schedule - 5 days on and 2 days off. Could work weekends depending on how your schedule falls.

- Ability to apply sound judgement to perform molding machine operations, product inspection and packaging operations as we as general requirements

- Perform duties with some supervision of daily activities.

Responsibilities:

- Communicate with lead persons, material handlers, manufacturing quality inspectors and other Vision Technical molding (Flextronics) employee's areas of concern as it relates to molded products

- Visually inspect product for defects

- Ensure that integrity of documentation-traceability is maintained

- Package product and label properly

- Follow instructions from VTM Personnel

- Run Injection molding machines as required

- Able to lift and move boxes/containers approx. 40 pounds in weight on a routine basis

- Flexible to perform other task as assigned

Qualifications:

- Computer Skills

- Exercises good common sense when dealing with problems and situations

- Accouracy with working with numbers, procedures, and forms

- Ability to communicate fluently in English

- HS Diploma (GED) or equivalent
